Seattle is full of wild flavors. Even its downtown is distinct, with businesses and shops; the monorail, space needle, and their park; and the waterfront. Pioneer Square is one more unique bit. Like Seattle in general, the homeless are everywhere. So Occidental Park is the usual Seattle mix: homeless people and young professional men playing bocce ball (something I'd never seen before) within yards of each other and surrounded by buildings both majestic and needing some work as well as northwest Indian art.
